Every new property goes through a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure it is ready for guests and positioned to perform well.
What our onboarding includes
Our $1,500 + GST onboarding service includes: consultant assessment of the property; recommendations on presentation, replacements and improvements; professional property photography; guest welcome manual; preparation for the short-stay market; and direction on what is required to deliver a high-quality guest experience. It is a professional launch and preparation service, not just an administration fee.
Our fees (all exclusive of GST)
Management
14.95% + GST of accommodation revenue.
Onboarding
$1,500 + GST one-off.
Includes a comprehensive property assessment and preparation consultation, recommendations on presentation, replacements and improvements, professional photography, a guest welcome manual and preparation for the short-stay market.
Additional property costs
Advertising and booking-platform fees, cleaning, linen hire and other property-specific costs are additional and are not included in the management fee.
